I'm beginning to like herringbone pattern more and more. They're the only decoration you need against a backdrop of white - plus a pig of course + searching the web for bathroom inspiration i came across Edward Moore's Cubby house and fell in love with the bathroom: what wonderful spaces you can create with simple white staggered tiles.
