Would you like to stay in a castle? If it looked like this I definitely would! Castello di Vicarello in Southern Tuscany is a refurbished castle featuring several villas and a view that would keep you from sleeping in in the morning. It's been there since 1100 (the stories!) and you can take cooking lessons from the host in this kitchen shown - the cavernous stone ceiling would make it such an experience, and after that you can take your meal by the gorgeous sunset. You can long romantic walks in the gardens or even go hunting.
